Tom's National Park Adventure

Al and I were up early and headed out to a local eatery for breakfast. We ran some errands and picked up some parts and tools to repair his riding lawn mower.

We got home and fixed up his mower. We then decided to see what we could do to fix Ethyl up after my run in with a deer earlier in my trip. We were able to remove the front bumper and pound out the dent in it. Then we readjusted the bumper mounts and reattached the bumper. It looks great! Or it looks good enough for who it’s for!! Now all I have to do is to order a new grill insert and Ethyl will look as good as new!

We got cleaned up and went out for another fabulous seafood dinner.

We made it an early evening since we were both getting on the road north early. I am headed to Panama City Beach to stop over at my sister’s house before heading back home to Cuba, MO. Al is heading up to Missouri and will be going to our fraternities 100 year anniversary celebration next weekend.
