Today has been a recovery day. I ended up with right at 20,000 steps yesterday, so I decided to take a little road trip and went to visit Ouray, CO. The town sits in a box canyon and isn’t that far from Telluride, CO.
It is a picturesque little town that has been around for over a hundred years. Nice drive, Nice town. Lots of restaurants, micro breweries and adventure tour opportunities.

I drove back to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park just in time to meet up with BJ. BJ is a lady I meet with her friends last year in Pinnacles National Park. She has been on the road in her camper since that time! She will be driving through Missouri next month and is going to stop in Cuba for a few days.

Tomorrow I will head back to Ft Collins for the big birthday party and then back home.
